Vegan ice cream - Edit
We stumbled upon this place which is located next to a small park and a live mini concert was going on. They have 5 or 6 vegan ice cream options and vegan waffles. The waffle, maple syrup, was ok. It was too hard and tasted underdone. I would visit again when in town.
