Little Options and Expensive - Edit
Very little options - only 3 for main meals - these were the standard salad, tomato pasta and garden burger which were all around £16.
Read moreStaff were albeit friendly but unknowledgeable and unhelpful.
The pub did provide several vegan desserts which looked decent.
Unfortunately, until more options are provided and/or food is served the standard of the price I will not be returning.
Pros: Provided vegan dessert options, Location, design and scenery was lovely
Cons: Very little options, Expensive, Food was bland and boring

Upmarket bar and restaurant on the edge of Kings Clipstone. The venue itself is lovely, it has a nice and relaxed atmosphere. The vegan options are somewhat lacking although there are a few on the daily menu, but nothing on the Sunday roast menu. I’ve visited a few times, mainly for work events, and the food has always been ok but in my view not worth the price point. Service is usually good and staff are friendly. No longer dog friendly since the renovations.

New Menu! - Edit
Recently (a week or so) have brought out a new menu with a few vegan options and the option to change to vegan cheese (eg garlic bread and pizza), lovely friendly staff, I can't remember his name but a dark haired guy with a beard was so helpful when ordering, I felt completely comfortable asking for different options. The only down side which is a real shame is that the pub is no longer dog friendly after being so for as long as I remember. Real shame. If dogs were aloud as before I would recommend 10/10

Good atmosphere & food - Edit
Went here on a Tuesday evening. They do a handful (3-4 vegan options). Mostly meat based. Very expensive but it’s that type of place. Was nice! I enjoyed my food. Would go back only for special occasion though.
