Lots of tempting options and sauces - Edit
Stopped in for a quick bite with a friend and it was perfect. I would return for a full meal to try out other options too. The menu was expansive! Great hot dog and I love a good waffle fry. The Smurf sauce (not pictured) was a good choice.

Wide Variety - Edit
The menu is large and includes a wide variety of dishes. I got the Big Nasty fries, and my friend tried the Sloppy Coney Dawg. Both were seasoned and cooked well. It's a great spot for vegan junk food! I'd like to return to try breakfast sometime.

Pretty disappointed - Edit
I like the aesthetic of the place, feels grungy. I had the Mac and cheese burger and fries- the cheese tasted really gross. Kinda like how you’d imagine petroleum would taste. Idk if something went rancid or if it’s a bad recipe. My fries came out cold and kinda hard. The waiter let me send my order back to them, but I never saw them communicate with the kitchen or even go back there. Was sent to the customer-facing trash can, not the kitchen trash. I interpreted their later interactions with me as them feeling just mildly annoyed at the situation, which having worked in a service industry, I get that customers are annoying, but I just didn’t feel that respected and was overall really confused by the waiter’s demeanor.
Read morePs. I don’t want this review to be cause for disciplinary action- everyone has off days & interactions, and I interpreted it through my own POV, etc. But it may be worth reflecting on my experience, best of luck!

I got the mac and cheese and a pretzel (which was gigantic) and both were delicious. The nuggets and the rest of my pretzel where a hit with the kids.

Wonderful GF/Vegan Meal! 🍽️ - Edit
The entire menu is vegan and they easily cater to gluten-free. Lots of burgers, delicious chicken options, fabulous waffle fries, lots of house made sauces including a blue "Smurf" ranch that hit all the marks! Plus... oatmilk soft serve with extensive shake menu & root beer float option! 🎉🥳🎉

Delicious - Edit
It is great having an all vegan restaurant with such a range of menu options. I've tried the Dirty South burger and a milkshake. The milkshake was good but I would go with a chocolate flavor next time - milkshakes are soy based ice cream with oat milk. The burger was a bit lacking on the toppings for the price and definitely lacking compared to the photo on their online menu.

I'll never go back - Edit
I gave them two chances. I've tried the chow pow bao wow, the general tsos chicken, the banh chi bow wow dog, the dirty south burger, and fries. The texture was off on everything, even the fries. The general tsos chicken was especially bad and their was still raw frying batter between the outside and the chicken. They don't have great value or a great ambiance to make up for anything either. Very disappointed

Dirty V is incredible. I love the way the menu evolves and continues to impress. If the pretzel is available - get one! The Patty Melt is fantastic (add bac’n). Always get a milkshake.

100% Vegan! - Edit
Wow. We were blown away but how good everything was and creative. The waffle chili cheese fries were delicious, little sweet which was great. The dumpster fire tray was delicious, the bacun was out of this world. French toast and package sandwich were fantastic and my wife had the breakfast burrito which I tried. Just wow.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Edit
My first visit exceeded my expectations. Our group tried a significant portion of the menu. The burgers are Impossible Burgers and the hot dogs are Field Roast brand. We started with drinks. I had the mudslide because I was excited to see a vegan milkshake with alcohol. It was good, but the nonalcoholic strawberry shake was my favorite. (It was reminiscent of strawberry Nesquick.) I tried the patty slaps, basic hot dog, kimchi Mac and cheese, birfday cake, and three different waffle fries. In the future I would likely prefer a less basic hot dog. The toppings seem to make a big difference. Maybe next time I’ll try the kimchi hot dog. I love kimchi but I was still nervous about the kimchi Mac and cheese. No need! The kimchi was not overpowering at all and this ended up being one of my favorite things I tried. The waffle fries were all very good and had distinct flavors.
Read moreThe birfday cake was fine in terms of flavor, but it was quite dry. It states on the menu that the cake is from a local sanctuary so I wonder how long it had been since the cake was made. That’s really the only criticism* I have from our first visit, other than that they should get bigger straws for the milkshakes. The restaurant location seems a little odd also. I think they would absolutely thrive in a downtown area. They seemed to be getting quite a few to-go orders while we were there though. I hope they do well.
*To be honest my group spent a good 15 minutes just cracking jokes about the name of the restaurant and the menu items. The innuendo isn’t really to our personal tastes but I’m hesitant to list that as a criticism because it may be appealing to a younger generation, and the food was good.
Update: FWIW I recommend dining in. The food, waffle fries especially, does not fair well in takeout containers. Soggy fries are sad fries.
Rating updated after 3 visits. I’ve changed the rating to better reflect my personal tastes and the likelihood that I will dine here frequently/recommend it to others. It’s just very messy food that I don’t feel good about eating, to be honest. $30 for a burger, waffle fries, and fountain drink (not including tip) feels excessive as well. I recommend that they offer half-servings of the fries and mac & cheese dishes.
Update Dec 2023: I’d give it another half star if that were possible. Recently we tried the unicorn shake which was surprisingly delicious. We also tried two of the Asian dishes which were okay

Pros: Strawberry shake

I agree. I gave it 5 stars but don’t go as much after I realized how expensive it is and unhealthy options. Fries and shakes

I didn’t realize there was a character limit till now. Anyway I was SAYING that the two Asian dishes we tried were okay but I’m glad to see them branching out from burgers and hot dogs. I surprisingly enjoyed the burrito special that had tofu and kimchi.

A true Vegan restaurant with tons of affordable options. I like how there's an Asian fusion menu in addition to burgers, hot dogs, and fries. There's also a weekend breakfast menu. Good vegan spot - Edit
We drove out of the way to try out this spot. I’ve been eyeing it for a while and finally made it. So many choices it was hard to decide. I went with the chicken sandwich and my husband got the coney hotdog.
Read moreNeither was bad but the highlight was definitely the fries and the honey mustard sauce. It was a lot of food. I was hoping to have room for a shake or ice cream but unfortunately I was too full.
Not sure I would make the trip again but it was definitely worth visiting. They did have an Asian menu on the back which looked very good. On second thought I would go back to try one of those dishes.
Pros: Yummy fries, Delicious hunni mustard sauce , Smurf ranch
Cons: Max and cheese was bland

Very not impressed - Edit
I wanted this to be good. I brought a huge group of non-vegan friends and it’s just very disappointing when all the carnivores walked away saying “I told you so”. Service was terrible, but mostly it’s just because they had only two guys working the entire restaurant on a Friday night. Legit one man in the front and one man in the back. That’s it. Food was extremely sub-par. The best part of this place is by far their plain waffle fries with no toppings or sauces. Be warned that a handful of their dishes are considered spicy but their paper menus don’t have the little spicy icon on them. You can only see which ones are spicy if you pull up their online menu.

I just want good food! - Edit
Like all their other restaurants, this one disappoints too. I dutifully try all the food that the parent company (vegsouth) puts out with an open mind, and I'm unfortunately underwhelmed every time.
Read moreI got the macaroni burger. Unlike the pictures, my buns looked like they were covered in dried blood (a "feature" you can't avoid via online ordering). The patty was dry and the macaroni tasted like slightly spicy plain noodles. The fries were very over-cooked and plain.
The last thing that the vegan dining scene needs is another underwhelming vegan burger.

Not your average vegan junk food - Edit
The menu is inventive and delish! Service was really attentive. Prices are a little high but what isn’t these days…. The burgers and sauces are so vibrant in color (one sauce was like mint green!) and are almost like eating food from the future. We can only hope😄my favorite part was actually the Caesar salad. The dressing had no distinction from a non vegan one. Mind blown!

Great Vegan Junk Food - Edit
Im always going to rate an all-vegan restaurant 5 stars when I have a good meal, because they deserve it! With that said, it was a *bit pricey. But I’m happy to pay it knowing that it’s helping keep a cruelty free vegan business open!
