Tasty lunch! - Edit
My husband and I split the blueberry lemon scone, falafel bites, and tofu shakshuka. Everything was super tasty and filling. We only spent $33 so a perfect simple lunch.

Good effort, but some things need reworking - Edit
I visited twice during my time in Marquette. First, I went for breakfast and ordered a bloody mary and the tofu scramble.
Read moreThe bloody mary was really good! I had high hopes for the tofu scramble. Honestly, I was impressed they had it! They have quite a few vegan options on their menus. The tofu scramble was not that good though. I was surprised to see sliced carrots in the scramble - a lot of them. There was also kale and I think mushrooms as well. I felt like there was only 1/16th of a block of tofu in this scramble. They plate it so it looks like there's a lot, but it's just the top layer. Tofu is the cheapest protein so I'm not sure why they're stingy on the amount in the dish. The carrots did not make sense and there was way too many. The tofu scramble was seemingly unseasoned. The kale wasn't the right leafy green for this scramble either. It wasn't massaged or softened much, so it was not enjoyable to eat. The hot sauce gave the dish more flavor. I do feel like they put a lot of thought and effort into their vegan dishes, but the tofu scramble needs to be reworked.
I came back for dinner later in my trip, and it was much better. We ordered the falafel bites, harvest salad, and romesco pasta to share. Everything was incredible. If anything, the sauce that came with the falafel was too sweet and not really a sauce for falafel. The salad and pasta were delicious - no notes!

Great quality vegan options - Edit
I ordered the green coconut curry with the blackened tofu. It was absolutely delicious. I also ordered the gluten free vegan chocolate mousse with cherries and hazelnuts. It was the best dessert especially since it replaced my birthday cake.

Great nicer option! - Edit
This was the perfect place for a nice dinner (with cocktails and wine) after a day of outdoor winter adventures! The vegan carbonara was incredible and they had an artichoke curry soup that was surprisingly good. It’s a cool old building with nice staff and decent vegan options!

A fun brunch spot - Edit
This is a lovely spot for brunch with great service and a fun atmosphere! The menu was a bit limited for vegan options and some of the entrees were pricey. Great coffee! Would love to come back and try their lunch menu!

Fun atmosphere - Edit
Great vegan options, clearly marked on the menu, plus specials. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. I had a hibiscus tea, tasty fries, a yummy Buddha Bowl, and the chef had made a delicious vegan cheesecake. Big servings - I took half the bowl and cheesecake back to the hotel for tomorrow. I look forward to trying some of the other options on my next visit.
