Flavorful - Edit
Loved our first time here! The carryout food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. The biscuits and gravy was eaten up before I could try any. The size of both the bacon wrap and soul plate was enough to have leftovers of each. The wrap is amazing cold out of the refrigerator the next day. Looking forward to trying more from the menu next time!

Weird Vibes - Edit
Got the hearty meal plate which comes with their signature “chikun.” Weirdest meat substitute I’ve ever tried. I did not like it. Overall, the food wasn’t heated through very well and seemed like it just wasn’t microwaved or whatever for long enough. I didn’t enjoy the tastes of the dishes and I usually love all vegan food, period. The seating area was quite dingy and dirty. The staff were very nice and friendly.

vegan-yes! - Edit
So, we were searching for something we would eat while out in the Mesa area while visiting family nearby. This was our pick, from 2000 plus miles away. We stopped at a vegan place in Nashville ( The Graze) and this was our choice for next meal... two days later with "packed lunches" along the way. We arrived to find the Cutting Board very easily from directions, convenient location right off Power Rd, and overall good reception.
Read moreI had purchased in advance a coupon from restaurant.com for this place in expectation of our arrival. Spend 50 get $25.00 off! We wanted to take some home to turn on some non-vegans, so we ordered a lot! I spent $100.00 which I "never would do", which turned to $75.00 and out of the 5 or so meals we had, only one was not to our personal liking, though still gone by nights end! Bakery deserts!
The customer service was perfect! I carried the plates back to the counter, very chill place and they would clean with no worries. The owner came by to make sure we were satisfied without saying she was the owner. Local artist's work adore the shop.
The bakery, yes! The smoothies, get a MARLEY or daily special. MUST TRY THE CAULIFLOWER BBQ! Perfect, even for sensitive teeth, slight crunch and super sweet. Upgrade for the potatoes vs chips was high +2.00 on each but they were good. BISCUIT and GRAVY.. Very good vegan biscuit ( whole place is vegan, still so excited about this! ) gravy, mine's better but I make a killer gravy. Egg scramble is what you would expect. GREEN BURRITO, yes, mild and basic. We got another burrito with fresh spinach, more lunch wrap-like, also good. WE THREE WILL DEFINITELY EAT here again.
Thank You for being Awesome Vegans, and~ very Kind!
P.S. The two Vegan PIZZAS, the family LOVED ~reheated with the night's Football ) oh joy😉They will be coming over too! 14 each? Get the Marinara if not sure )

Super delicious - Edit
I hadn't eaten here since the new ownership took over. I was happy to see that the food options were just as tasty as before. I had the 'crab' stuffed avacado and it was fantastic! Huge portions as well.

Decent spot - Edit
So happy that there is a place like this in Mesa as there aren't many options here. Unfortunately, they are under new ownership and the entire atmosphere is different. The dining area seems really dingy now and is never very clean. They don’t keep their specials or menu board up to date. There are many items I have tried to order off of their wall chalk board that they no longer serve but haven’t bothered to update. The food is pretty decent still and they have most of the same dishes. I enjoy their breakfast pizza and lattes. I just wish they would put more effort into the cleanliness and presentation of their place along with keeping the menu updated.

Cute Place - Edit
This place was the only full vegan shop that was close to my location so I decided to give it a try. It was good. The cupcake we had was tasty although it was mislabeled so we didn’t get the flavor we wanted. I had a chocolate PB smoothie which was very bland and so watery it was like a juice. I wouldn’t order it again. This place has great potential and a cute hang out spot with lots of board games inside.

Favorite spot in the area! - Edit
Truly love this place. Went for the first time in the past couple of weeks and went back a second time about a week later. Every single thing we got has been fantastic! The service is excellent, the staff is warm and friendly, as is the environment. I think their almond milk is homemade and their coffees are good. I love that they have vegan breakfast items, since that is typically a hard thing to find!--Especially when The Coronado and Nami are all the way across town. But The Cutting Board has great breakfast options, so I'd rather come here anyway! My husband and I both got the vegan blueberry and cream cheese stuffed French toast on separate occasions and it's super good! They also have a whole pastry display and a fridge full of stuff.

Cute little cafe with board games. Went on a day that had live music which was cool. Put together the Where’s Waldo puzzle in hours... spoiler alert: the bottom right hand corner piece is missing! Oh and the food is tasty!! Had the pizza and buffalo cauliflower.

I've eaten here a few times and the food has been pretty good. It's a little salty. The inside is nice, and they have outdoor seating. Their pizza is probably my favorite. Needs to be updated as they are now All Vegan.

Fantastic food. - Edit
Whenever we are in the area, or even close to the area, or just craving a solid gluten-free vegan pizza, we come here. They are fantastic. We have also had their stuffed mushrooms, nacho plate, and various drinks, all very delicious. Even tried some of the homemade granola, which was excellent as well. Alcohol is available if you eat there, even gluten-free, which was amazing, the owner was really nice, and I highly recommend this place, especially for gluten-free vegan pizza.

Breakfast was terrible, lunch is much better! - Edit
We have been to the cutting board for Lunch/dinner and the food was good. Today the breakfast was terrible. The oatmeal was cold, the breakfast burrito tasted like it was a day old. The French toast was cold and tasted like a muffin not French toast. The coffee and lemonade was very good.

Favorite Vegan Restaurant ! - Edit
This place is amazing. We are new to the area and have been trying many places and this is hands down the best if you love great quality, delicious food with great service. The biscuits and gravy served on Saturday and Sunday are simply amazing! Just had the enchilada special for my birthday and they threw in a super yummy apple cinnamon cupcake! ? my whole family is always satisfied and happy when we eat here. Some say that the prices are a little high but for the quality of the food they are on point.
