All vegan food truck/shack with wraps, a burger, and fries on the menu. Cheap prices but the food was good and portion sizes were definitely big enough.
Read moreMy seitan shawarma was good with textured seitan, spinach, and tomato. It was double-wrapped in paper which made it easy to eat in the car without spilling while it was raining.

Amazing Food - Edit
I've been attempting to try to catch them in the Phoenix Yard for months as they were always gone whenever I was in Waterford, but it was definitely worth the wait. I've been dreaming of that seitan shawarma ever since! My meat eating partner also got the shawarma and was blown away with how great it tasted.

Don't trust the opening times online - Edit
Massively disappointed, drove over an hour to try this place on a Sunday. Arrived at 1.15pm and it wasn't open. Perhaps they should update their opening times online because it says they are open 1-6 on a Sunday. Asked another food seller there about it and they said they should be there but just weren't.

Street food right in the center of Waterford City with a few options offering tempeh, seitan, or falafel as the main filling. Food is yummy! I’d give it 5 stars if they had all options on their menu available, they had just opened for lunch and they were out a few items on the menu.

How lucky is Waterford to have this amazing vegan food truck on their doorstep, everything is handmade fresh, nothing processed, just whole foods made delicious and flavoursome, try their polenta fries and burger and homemade bean to bar chocolate for desert, can't wait to go back ! 😋

This is a stall in the Phoenix Yard market on O'Connell Street, doing takeaway food. This was our first time here when it was open (only weekends unfortunately).

It was a wonderful experience. Marinated seitan with salad, hummus and chili sauce in a flatbread. Rich and savoury flavours.
Will definitely come again.
Great to have a place in Waterford that is completely vegan.
