How a bakery is meant to be! - Edit

Read moreIt's an old fashioned style bakery, of the sort most towns had before the rise of supermarkets.
Everything is clearly labelled and there's a nice selection of fresh bread loaves, which the staff will slice if requested, bread rolls, teacakes, vegan sausage rolls, sub roll sandwiches, and our favourites, huge Danish rolls and cinnamon rolls.
There's always a queue, which says it all.
Well worth stocking up from here!

Amazing selection - Edit
An absolutely amazing selection of vegan bakes! A good third of all cakes/bakes were labelled vegan and it was so cheap here. We ended up with 5 items for around £12. I highly recommended the Viennese whirls, my first time seeing a vegan version and it was delicious. Unfortunately we ate everything before getting a photo!

Amazing range of great vegan options - Edit
When we went 20/05/2025 almost half of the options were vegan and clearly marked so with ‘VE’ on the labels. Very low priced for how good all the baked goods were!
