A few tasty vegan options - Edit
We stopped for a break and had a vegan sausage sandwich (usually only available until 11.30 but they kindly made it for us after this) vegan margarita pizza and a delicious slice of vegan banoffee and pecan cake. Also had oat milk for my tea.

Not a lot of choice for vegans - Edit
We visited here whilst on a little trip to robin hoods bay, the location of the cafe is lovely, we didn’t sit out on the terrace overlooking the sea as there wasn’t any seats unfortunately.
Read moreThe venue is larger than expected with seating inside, on the street at the front, and on the terrace at the back overlooking the sea. So it’s worth it just for a drink and to admire the view.
The menu is lacking vegan options. They have a breakfast sausage butty that you can order up until 11.30, then after that it’s a hummus and salad sandwich or hummus with bread.
As we arrived at 1200, I tried to ask if I could have a sausage butty but was told this wasn’t possible, not really sure why but I totally understand seeing as it was after 11.30. So I went with the hummus salad sandwich and my partner the hummus with bread (for variety) which were fresh but lacking in imagination.
We were informed by someone that they normally have vegan cakes but they didn’t have any left 🙁
So probably somewhere to go for a coffee, a cake (when they have them) and a nice view but nothing else.
Pros: Nice location , Nice staff
Cons: Not great for vegans
