They have a small shop section in front with mock meat, soy milk, books and so on.
Read moreApparently they don't really serve food anymore, they just sell packed lunches and dinners.
I went there not knowing that. When I asked if I can eat something, they needed to confer first. But eventually I got a lovely warm meal.
Very friendly staff.
Inexpensive too.

It's a very cute little cafe with a fairly extensive menu. They care about the health benefit of veganism very much, which makes the place an oasis of health in the middle of Manila.

The place itself looks cosy, the staff was welcoming and the menu got interesting choices (despite half of it was just not available).

But now there's the big BUT: This place is infested with cockroaches. I'm not extremely picky and ate in street food stalls all across Asia but never experienced something like that. Cockroaches weren't just on the floor but on the chairs, the table, between the plates,...
Having such a plague to me doesn't really seem as if hygiene standards would be valued enough at this venue.
Sad, because as said, it could be a nice place. But this is just disgusting

Vegan gem in Manila!!! - Edit
Very cozy, pretty vegan cafe in the busy old Manila! I loved traditional Filipino dishes all in vegan! They use Kangen water highly osmosis and had wide selection of vegan goods, home-made vegan sauce (amazing) to take home !! Highly recommended!!

This was a cute & tiny place to enjoy in the midst of chaotic Manila! We ordered the Kare Kare, Sisig, and Banana Pancakes... All of which were absolutely delicious! The food was prepared very healthfully-the pancakes were oil-free and we were given brown rice! The service was great and the overall ambience of the place was cozy... Would definitely come here again!

Read moreWe had the Vegan buckwheat banana pancakes which were delicious and very stodgy! They taste like raw banana cake mix.
We had a watermelon juice which was very tasty and sweet.
The coffee came with soy milk and was also very sweet. I think they add syrup to everything! The menu was quite limiting and they only had a few things to choose from which was available. I would recommend this cafe as it is cheap and tasty but be prepared to wait 45 min for your meal!

Great vegan food and better vegan shakes in a city with not many vegan choices. Only place we found in the Philippines with vegan shakes!
