Excellent choice for vegans - Edit

Three of us went for lunch this week, I had soup of the day and others had pad Thai and quinoa salad. All the food was really nice, very tasty and healthy. We also took a few raw cakes home, highly recommend the banoffee! Others were great too.

Pros: lots of vegan options including mains and raw cake

Juices, smoothies, teas, organic coffee, nutmilks. Bowls are not hot meals but blended items over quinoa or muesli, £4.75-4.95, and a Baby Bowl for £2.50 with coconut milk. The bowls are chock full of healthy ingredients. The Superfood Bowl has quinoa, avocado, broccoli, kale, ginger, lime, apple juice, spinach, celery, cucumber, topped with parsley and soaked chopped almonds. Satisfying and so healthy! I took away to have the following morning a Tropical Bowl: muesli, mango, banana, orange juice, kiwi, pineapple, topped with coconut, muesli and coconut nectar. Another I considered was the Nutty Bowl: muesli, cashews, vanilla, cinnamon, almonds, banana, pineapple, topped with pecan halves, maca powder and coconut blossom nectar. There were several attractive raw vegan desserts, cakes and bars, £2.75. I had the chocolate-orange cake: good, not too sweet.

Pros: freshly made, healthy food and drink

Cons: not in the centre of town
