This is the first time stepping into a mixed Omni restaurant and struggling to make up my mind on what I want! Usually places may dedicate one or two dishes that are outright vegan, or the place can veganize a vegetarian dish, but here? Lots of options. Unfortunately i wasn’t hungry enough for a major “Ground” entree, so I ordered the Kimchi Burger. The patty is from Impossible, which was my first time trying it. While I’m partial to Beyond, I really liked Impossible. I took a couple of pics of the menu, but just the veg choices. Grand Haven is about 20 miles from home; it was our first foray to the town, and we will return. Do not pass up the opportunity to eat there if you can. We didn’t stick around for deserts, but I was very impressed with The Copper Post, and I really hope they keep the menu this diverse....there is a lot of history in this town, with a ton of eateries. The quality and quantity of the dishes are large, but so is the price tag. Our bill was $40, and that included two $3 mimosa happy hour drinks, an appetizer and two sandwich entrees. They make their own chips, and they’re def worth trying!

The cauliflower meals that are pictured are no longer there. They have a beyond burger and a mushroom rice dish.
