Nice but expensive

Good vegan ham and cheese toastie, but limited options and expensive for what it is.

Pros: Vegan ham and cheese toastie

Cons: Expensive, Limited options

Reasonable amount of vegan options. Dog friendly

I had jacket potato with vegan cheese and beans, which was really good. They offer vegan scones too but I was full. Latte with oat milk was great, small, but no charge for oat milk

Pros: Good size portion, food amount of cheese, Vegan scones looked good, Lovely hidden garden patio for sunny days

Delicious scone

Friendly staff provided a large pot of tea with oat milk and a vegan scone with jam, margarine and vegan squirty cream. Lovely outdoor seating.

Wonderful little cafe

We had toasted quorn ham & vegan cheese sandwiches which came with a lovely fresh salad, and afterwards a vegan scone with jam and cream. Really delicious, definitely recommend!

Very poor offering and very expensive.

No savoury vegan dishes except for plant-based cheese on a baked potato. … for £7.95
Coffee was good, Americano (only had Soy milk no Oat) £3.35.
Some vegan cakes etc but I didn’t need another mortgage! 😂 Looked nice though.

Cosy

The service was very quick and friendly. They serve jacket potato or a sandwich with grated cheese or a sandwich with vegan bacon. The onle vegan cake I could see were chocolate hazelnut bars. For my vegan fruit scone I was offered vegan clotted cream, however, they didn't have a vegan spread instead of butter. They have a tiny backyard. The tearoom is cosy. Would go there again.

Pros: Sweet and savoury choices for vegans., Quick service

Cons: Don't offer plant-based butter

Quaint tea room

We did have to wait to get a table here but it was a rainy lunchtime. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help seat customers with a pram and a dog. Hearty portions and lots of choice. Vegan lunch options weren't very imaginative but they had several cake options.

Pros: More than one vegan option, Friendly helpful staff, Dog friendly

Cons: Lunch options weren't very imaginative
