5 stars for the taste of the vegan options

If i could give 5 stars i would byt as uts not a fully vegan/veggie restaurant i cant. I found this place on the happy cow app to eat out with my meat eating bf. Honestly the cute pub vibe and atmosphere was fab and the curry was AMAZING best I've had since being vegan (5.5years) lovely staff!

Pros: Delicious vegan curry (best I've had), Dessert that's not sorbet (hot brownie & icecream), Great service

Good amount of choice for vegans

Currently there's a vegan curry, burger or pie (which I had, it was delicious) as well as a limited selection of vegan ice cream and sorbet for pudding. Overall the pub was nice and dog friendly, not a super up-market place but good for a pub lunch. Big dog friendly garden with lots of seating which was great for social distancing purposes!

Lovely pub, some good options

Nice country pub, wooden beams and open fires. The staff are friendly. There is a separate vegan menu which I assume is available Monday to Saturday. Sunday menu had two options. A 'not chicken' pie and the Moving Mountains burger. I had the latter with chunky chips. It was nicely cooked. It came with vegan coleslaw which was very chunky (bit too chunky for me). Also had the vegetable tempura for a starter with sweet chilli sauce and they were lovely and light. Have added pics.
