There are a few things which are vegan or can be made vegan, & they can also make adjustments with notice for extra dietary requirements.

What a surprise! - Edit
Discovered this place was near me thanks to Happy Cow. They always have a separate vegan menu and the food we had was cleverly created. The flavors went off in our mouths at different times so every ingredient could be tasted; my tongue was tingling after every dish. All food was seasonal and extremely fresh. The manager said he wanted a separate vegan menu always made available and has ensured that since day 1 so we’ll definitely be back. Unusual venue in rural location with a fancy dining experience.
