Limited vegan options and confusion by staff between vegetarian and vegan - Edit
I visited the Clock Tower after a hike in thd local area with my partner and a couple of friends. The vegan options were a vegan roast (vegan sausages, roast potatoes and veg) or vegan chilli. I had the vegan roast, and reiterated twice when ordering I was vegan, not vegetarian. I was still given a vegetarian roast which included a non-vegan Yorkshire pudding. I was assured the roast was otherwise vegan. The meal was bland and cold. There were no vegan desserts and no plant milks for tea / coffee. I won't be going back.

Handy for the Doubletree Hilton hotel right next door - the menu has lots of vegan options for starters, mains and pudding..
