Serves meat, vegan options available. Pub and restaurant set in Spring Copse Park. Launched a full vegan menu in January 2018 including dishes such as roasted lentil falafel, spiced coconut curry and treacle & pecan tart. Open Mon-Thu 12:00-22:00, Fri-Sat 12:00-22:30, Sun 12:00-21:00. Food service hours - bar opens later.

Top vegan menu

Love this place anyway, and as recent vegan, great to have a whole vegan menu to choose from. Coconut and aubergine curry and the maple and pecan tart were delicious! Dined with my non vegan family and we all loved our food. Recommended!

The delight you feel when you realise a non vegan restaurant, has a separate vegan menu. The food was excellent, thoroughly enjoyed my meal, with my non vegan family. Yey.

Delicious vegan roast

Hubby and I stopped off here on way home to New Forest. It was a warm evening, so we were delighted to see it has a designated No Smoking area in the garden.
It is realy nice, modern pub and has a vegan menu. I had the vegan roast, which was the best ever. Not much gravy though, so be sure to ask for extra. Hubby had the vegan chili and he said it was also very good.
Delighted to find another good place to eat when we are traveling out of the New Forest.
Happy Cow doesn't allow 5 stars for places that are not 100% vegan. But I would give it 5 star, as even though they are not 100% vegan, they recognise vegans deserve a good choice.

Pros: Proper vegan menu., Posh looking pub, Non smoking garden area with large park at rear.

A whole vegan menu!

Very impressed - went for dinner last night and We will defo be back as there were so many more options we wanted to try!
Service was great although she had to go and check a few things with the chef, and only reason it’s not 5 stars is because they said none of their wines are vegan!
Oh and the toilet facilities weren’t great (no ladies available - only disabled, and no way to dry hands!). Otherwise though, highly recommend.
