Serves meat, vegan options available. Large restaurant chain known for cheesecakes and serves conventional New American fare, but you'll find several vegan options. Be sure to ask for vegan: choices include vegan cobb salad, super antioxidant salad, veggie burger, avocado toast, guacamole, lentil soup, edamame, plate of falafels, and possibly others like roasted veggie pizza without cheese - ask your server. Locations are built-up and ornate with ample seating and can accommodate large groups. Reported to have added vegan meat, cheese, and mayo as of Jan 2020. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-10:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-11:00pm, Sun 10:00am-10:00pm.

Surprisingly good

Came here and had the brussel sprouts, make-your-own summer rolls and the impossible burger. All three were surprisingly good and the food seemed to be high quality. My favorite were definitely the summer rolls! Service was friendly and made sure to check all the requested items were vegan.
Definitely a pricey experience and there was a 30 minute wait to get a table which seems to be the norm at this location.
Really wish they had some vegan cheesecake for desert but overall I was quite satisfied with the food we got at a place that clearly doesn’t cater to vegans!

Good restaurant chain that could do with more vegan options

The place has a handful of vegan options. We had the vegan cobb salad and a flatbread marinara pizza with vegan cheese which were both good, the salad pretty great actually. I wish they would have more vegan items.
They have an impossible burger. The veggie patty burger is NOT vegan. It has eggs. The sad part is that there are such interesting menu items that can be so easily made vegan but they are pre-made with non vegan ingredients.

Pros: Has vegan cheese and mayo, Friendly staff

Cons: Few vegan options, It is expensive
