Lots of Options - Edit
This is an Omni Asian restaurant with multiple vegan options and many, many menu item that can be veganized. They had creative options as well, like tofu fritters as an appetizer, which were balls of presumably-mashed tofu with veggies that are deep fried, and very light, despite being deep-fried. the menu says Thai, Korean, and Japanese cuisine

Our "GoTo" restaurant - Edit
We have visited The Chatta Box many times and the food has always been very good. Plenty of options. This is the first place that I had tofu, that I liked, as a new vegan. It is also where my kids got hooked on sushi. The Bridgewater Maki is very good. This is the place we go when we want a good meal, fast, and inexpensive. The dinner sizes are often big enough for lunch the next day.
