Hare Krishna fare with many vegan options including lentil moussaka, dhal and veg curries, rice, gratin (please check because the ingredients in this particular dish changes depending on who the cook is that day). There are also vegan treats including tiramisu, and raw desserts. One of a number of branches, this one open since July 2019. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-5:00pm.

Local fave

I enjoyed a vegan plate while in town, selecting from the dishes prepared. Service was friendly, nice place to sit and good wholesome food. I didn't think this Cardamom was as fancy as the other few I have been to. But good, all the same.

As wholesome and tasty as all the other Cardamon Pod outlets about.

Same tasty and well portioned meals as the other Cardamon Pods in the region. Wholesome vegan options and lovely staff.

Delicious variety of salad and hot food

This is a vegetarian cafe with vegan clearly marked and lots of choices. We got a large plate and shared it. We had two salads and two hot dishes with rice. Full of flavour. We also got vegan samosas- probably the best I have eaten. So fresh and tasty. You could see the herbs and spices through it. The local kombucha was yum too. I got the ginger and berry. Very satisfied!

Eat here every week

Tasty food at a good price. Proper local Hare Krishna Joint. Friendly staff and nice vibe. Pretty much eat here every week.

Wonderful Delicious Tasty Food

Majority vegan options, there's hot food always 2 different rice options if you want to have rice and lots of salads. You can mix as you like as many options as you like regardless what size container you choose. Everything I had was utterly delicious!!! I loved the fact that it was not 2 dish options for this price and size container and 3 for this... it's up to you. I went for the largest option possible. I love the fact that you can do the same if you are not so hungry and choose a smaller container but wanting to taste a bit of everything. I also bought the raw vegan desserts for later, WOW, amazing!!! I always look forward to the next time. Could not recommend enough!
