Ok for coffee, - Edit
This place looks like it would be much better than it actually is unfortunately! Fine for a cup of coffee, it is a really misplace. But for more than a drink, we’ve had lunch here a couple of times and always been very disappointed. Small portions, dull unsubstantial salads, very overpriced, overcooked and not very tasty. A real shame as on the surface it looks like it should be much better for vegetarians and vegans than it actually is:-(

Great atmosphere - Edit
Cute place with great atmosphere. I tried a charcoal latte (oat milk) but found it way too sweet and would've preferred to have had the option to have added my own sugar to taste. The big vegan breakfast was yummy but not all that big. The potatoes were over-salty and a bit of a funny texture (reheated) but overall I did really enjoy the brunch out!

Sensational baguette - Edit
I was desperately hungry and needed a sandwich stat. I was planning to get a vegan sarnie from Tesco but we parked next to a sign saying The Canteen with salads coffees sandwiches etc so I thought I might as well give it a go! I asked the lady for any available vegan sandwiches and she pointed to a slightly sad and forlorn baguette and it seemed to look a little dry but I decided to give it a whirl. She mentioned a few other items but with her mask on o just couldn’t hear. I was slightly surprised by the price (£5.50) but it was much larger with retrospect to any sandwich in any supermarkets or branches of coffee places (Starbucks Costa etc). I was slightly resigned to it being disappointing but by God I was super wrong! It was SO tasty and unctuous- I think it had a hummus base, I thought i was could taste harissa and sun dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, salad, olives to name a few. I will come again and investigate more items on this menu! Delighted to discover how scrumptious things here are!!
