Very nice 👌

Nice place small but punching above its size on tasty food terms. Menu changes I believe but some constants possibly on the sides. Vegetarian marked but a quick ask as to what vegan and a check from very friendly staff meant all sides and one of the plates was but also said could do additional curry which was very helpful. Went for the plantain side spicy fries lovely rice roti and aubergine ‘meat’ ball dish. All of the food was beautiful. Will return.

Great little spot

Having had food from the Calabash Tree mobile van I was delighted when they opened their first restaurant at Sheepfolds Stables, a convenient walk from my house. Have been here several times since it opened & food is always reliably good. The plantain side is worth coming for alone. If you like spice then the jerk shroom is amazing but not for wimps!
Location is lovely with small outdoor seating area with views over the river. A hidden away gem
