Dangerously Delicious! - Edit
We found Emma at the Whitefish Farmers Market and were lucky enough to snag the last mini chocolate cake. Then she has options!!!… you select your finish out. On this day she was offering a vanilla crème filling, chocolate and vanilla “buttercream” icing, baked apples, and I’m sure more. Our eyes were all on the chocolate cake. She made a hole on top to add the vanilla crème filling. Topped the cake with both vanilla and chocolate icing, then added sprinkles. We were so excited I forgot to take a picture.
Read moreOn our next visit, we bought two mini cakes and a slice of the “special of the day”…carrot cake. All of the cakes are so moist! The icings are lightly sweet (aka not overly sweet). It’s fun to choose your own fillings, icings and toppings!
Photographed is a vanilla cake with chocolate ganache and an orange vanilla icing. The chocolate has chocolate ganache and vanilla.
She currently is only doing the Whitefish Farmers Market.
