Amazing vegan dishes - Edit
My wife is vegan, and I go the vegetarian route. But when we go on vacation, I usually eat fully vegan so we can share dishes. Background aside, this place was everything we needed for a great dinner. Small quaint place lives up to the bistro vibes. Servers were very helpful and extremely nice.
Read moreSo, looking at the menu, there are only a few things listed as vegan. But through other reviews, we knew to ask the server, and he told us about their strictly vegan dishes that aren't on the menu. I ordered a delicious penne postal dish with vegan meat balls. It was amazing. Medium spicy and delicious. My wife ordered a vegan berger and fries with a side of rice and beans.
They also have a huge drinks menu and 4 mocktails. (We ordered the Valentino one, and it was dreamy)
All in all, I'd give 5 stars for this place of allowed. I highly recommend going, but remember to ask the server what vegan dishes there are.
Pros: Food was amazing. , Multiple vegan options. , Atmosphere and server staff.
Cons: Wish the vegan options were on menu to see., No other cons. Place is great!

Incredible food, delicious drinks - Edit
The vegan cauliflower was perfect flavor and texture, but when I asked if the sauce was dairy-free they said it was NOT, so beware! The vegan jerk burger was SOOO delicious, especially paired with the chef’s hot sauce. Drinks were cheap and ended up having a great time. They did take a while for food prep, so I wouldn’t recommend if you’re short on time. Next time I’m in Baton Rouge, I will 100% be back.

Cons: Make sure sauces are dairy-free, Long prep time

Flavorful vegan experience near LSU - Edit
5-star restaurant for vegan eats. Chef Angel prepared a wonderful vegan meal for me and I ordered a second to-go. Traveling through Baton Rouge I am thankful to find such a great place. I'm vegan for 9 years and the chef does it right. Mention to your waiter when ordering your preferences and the Chef can help accommodate you. The owners are very friendly and I look forward to eating here again. I would rate Five Stars, though the app reserves the highest 5-star ratings for exclusively vegan/veg restaurants. Bull Fish Bar & Kitchen is a gem and I hear the vegan soup can make your heart sing.

Cons: May be far away but worth the drive
