Lovely pub with good v options

Staff were very friendly and attentive. A couple of good vegan options when we went - madras and a linguine, which made a nice change to burgers. I had the curry which was very good; a generous amount with pickle & poppadoms, nice! Choice of chocolate or vanilla v. ice cream for dessert.

Pros: Good vegan options , Excellent staff & service, Outdoor play area for families

Cons: No vegan options on the menu for kids -maybe ask?

Thank you for a positive review about The Britannia Inn, we are happy to hear you had a great experience with our staff, menu choice and outdoor play-area.
We do have a vegan option on our childrens menu which is vegan sausages, chips, peas or beans. Always feel free to ask one of our team for assistance and our chefs will always try to accommodate you where we can. Our new summer menu will be out the beginning of June.

Kind regards
The Britannia Inn Team.

Nice pub with good food

Found this on google maps when hunting for vegan options near our campsite. Delighted to have more than one choice - our group tried both the mushroom linguini (which included vegan Parmesan), and the vegetable madras - both excellent. Pub has indoor and garden seating - a bit chilly in the evening, but worth it for a delist dinner.
