Solid date night - Edit
This is a small venue, long & skinny. This means there's enough space for two four-tops at either side with a walkway down the middle. There is a ramp up into the space, but I don't recall whether or not it was fully accessible. We went recently, so it was still cold outside and there was no outdoor seating situation.
Read moreWe went earlier in the evening so as to avoid the crowds. The establishment did have a TV on, but I don't recall the sound being up or particularly noisy. I was able to engage with my partner and to some degree notice what other patrons were up to (which was not much, as it was early).
Now to the food, which is why we're all here. We came specifically because this restaurant offers vegan AND gluten-free mozzarella sticks. This was surprising to my spouse, who located this spot, because a lot of vegan places don't offer such luxurious gluten-free options. Which unfortunately, has been leaving me out of a lot of spots. I will say that their vegan AND gluten-free options were fairly sparse. Or at least, that's how it appeared when checking through one of their mobile menus that doubles as an ordering platform. If you look at their straight menu online (they don't offer physical menus in-restaurant), there is a separate vegan menu with gluten-free tags for relevant items. Not counting salads or sides, there are at least 14 items looking at this particular menu, which I had not realized in-restaurant. Anyway, we each got a salad and then we got the asparagus fries and gluten-free & vegan mozzarella sticks to share. I had gotten the caesar salad and I'm pretty sure the "gluten-free croutons" were just the same breadcrumbs used for the mozzarella sticks. I did feel lied to about "croutons" because when you say that word the expectation is little square chunks of super-toasted bread. Not tiny crumbs. Either way, the salad was tasty, the mozzarella sticks were my first mozzarella sticks for years and were tasty, and the asparagus fries were... annoying that they called them fries, but well-cooked. Out of the whole thing I only got one of those weird stringy bits of asparagus and it only accounted for a tiny tiny portion of the spear.
We didn't end up eating all of our food in the restaurant -- we'd had a later lunch and an early dinner meant we were still fairly full. But we did eat most of our leftovers before the night finished out.
Pros: Cozy, Asparagus fry batter was tasty on its own, Good vegan aioli
Cons: Lack of physical menus

Great experience, despite some hiccups - Edit
Really solid vegan pizza! I ordered the vegan margherita, and it had my ideal ratio of cheese to sauce (which is to put more emphasis on the sauce since vegan cheese still isn't quite there yet). There were unfortunately a couple of misunderstandings that caused them to originally bring out nonvegan garlic knots as well as a nonvegan pizza, however they did bring out the correct vegan items after some time and compensated the garlic knots in the house, which was nice.
Read moreThere are plenty of vegan options and alternatives for everything, including pizzas, sides, entrees (they even have vegan chicken tenders!), and of course dessert, which I unfortunately forgot to order. My only real issue are the prices, which are a bit much coming from someone who makes less income than someone from the area would. If you're local I'm sure it isn't an issue, but expect to pay a bit more than usual if you're visiting the area.
Overall I was very pleased, and I will certainly return again in the future.
Pros: Great food, Incredible sauce, Customer service
Cons: A bit too pricey, Digital menu is odd, would prefer physical menu

Separate vegan menu - Edit
Vegan options are harder to come by in Hoboken so this place is one of my go-to spots. They have a regular menu but a huge, separate vegan menu. I am absolutely obsessed with the “chicken” carbonara and get it for takeout whenever I want to treat myself.

Amazing vegan menu - Edit
Really enjoyed the garlic knots. Got a vegan Caesar salad to go but if didn’t have any croutons (didn’t realize till it was too late. The service was so so- never refilled my water yet there were only two other tables. The prices recently increased by about 25-30%. I’ll be back because I want to try the pasta and pizza.

So good! - Edit
This place is awesome! The staff was super friendly and helpful right off the bat. The place is welcoming and nicely lit. Loved the old school jams they were playing. We were offered either a regular or vegan menu. The vegan menu had TWO SIDES full of delicious options. We ordered the vegan mozz sticks and cauliflower wings which were phenomenal. They gave us complimentary garlic knots that were tasty with a hint of heat from red pepper flakes. We both ordered the chick'n alfredo...OMG, delicious!! Definitely lived up to the memory of the dish! They even have three vegan dessert options! Can't wait to dive into them when we get home. Highly recommend this place, especially for vegans!!

Very cute spot in Hoboken with a great waitstaff! BYOB if you drink alcohol & they have a selection of homemade drinks.
Read moreI cannot stress this enough: there’s a whole vegan menu! There were even a few off-menu items that were vegan as well!
They have homemade cheese that they use in many of their dishes.
We started out with vegan garlic knots! Incredible.
Then we have the vegan caprese salad. Fresh and delicious!
Next we had an off-menu pasta dish!
And to finish it off — we took dessert home.
Get this: there was a larger selection of vegan desserts than non-vegan.
Definitely come here!!
Pros: Great selection, Good ambiance

I checked this place out after reading the happy cow reviews, and I was NOT disappointed! I had their beyond pizza and it was by far the best pizza I've ever had in my life! Their garlic knots were delicious too, and freshly made. The staff was friendly and courteous. Loved this pizza flavour so much. Also, big portions!

Absolutely amazing vegan menu with an abundance of mouthwatering options. About 90% of the vegan menu can be made gluten free. Kind servers that understand dietary restrictions and know what's actually in the food. Prices are a smidge high, but the quality is simply outstanding. Can't wait to go back!

The food here was delicious and i’d definitely go back for more. I had the broccoli rabe and beyond sausage with penne, and my gf had the baked ziti. They have a huge menu for vegan options.

I really love how convenient this place is and how many vegan options they have! As an avid pizza lover, it’s nice when craving a non-traditional pie like vegan Buffalo ‘Chicken’ or the ‘Sausage’ pie. Their salads are excellent as well. Prices can be a little high but I guess that is expected for the area!

Great Vegan Menu! - Edit
This was a cute and unexpected find with great vegan options and very kind and helpful service. I got the beyond bolognese and my mother got the "it's not what you think" vegan flatbread with ground beyond, roasted tomatoes and fresh jalapenos (be warned, this was very spicy. We also started with their buffalo cauliflower without the bleu cheese dressing to make it vegan. I'll definitely come back next time we're in Hoboken!
