Overpriced - Edit
We went as it was waterside in a beautiful location and well presented from outside. The food was overpriced for what it was, a lot seemed to have been frozen food thrown in a deep fryer. The atmosphere was also lacking with staff being rude to one and other in front of customers. Would not go back.

Enjoy a separate vegan menu, right off the River Vartry - Edit
After visiting the Beyond the Trees Avondale, we were looking for some vegan eats and with the help of a quick Google search, found Brass Fox Wicklow was only a short 20 minute drive, so off we went to dinner.

The location was beautiful, colorful building right off the River Vartry, lovely place to take a walk before or after dinner! The ambiance of the restaurant was pretty cool, it was a fun place to eat and we really appreciated the outdoor seating.
Both Sandi and I enjoyed our food, everything was very tasty overall. The "chicken wings" didn't resemble wings in any way, I believe they were just chicken nuggets but I could be mistaken. The sauce they used was really tasty so the dish overall was a win. Our chicken tacos were good, three tacos filled with chicken goujan, rocket, house made salsa, crispy onion, chili and basil pesto. The best way I can describe the goujan is akin to a breaded chicken patty cut into equal strips. All of the components came together really way to make three delicious and filling tacos.
Their vegan Oreo Biscoff Sundae was *chefs kiss*.
If you're driving through the Wicklow area, definitely make some time to drop by and enjoy all the vegan goodness the Brass Fox has to offer.

Separate menu, but subpar quality and confusion about ingredients - Edit
Ordered the wings which were just nuggets drowning in fat as well as the veggie soup that was on the vegan menu. It was entirely over salted and came with soda bread (containing butter milk) and dairy butter. Staff was not very knowledgeable about ingredients, not market on menu either.

They have a completely separate vegan menu and most everything we ordered was great. I got the Vegan Doirty Burger and some vegan garlic bread. The garlic bread was mediocre, but the burger was great. Service was good too.

Really good vegan menu - Edit
Visited with my 2 year old last week, he had a vegan kids burger I have vegan strips and chips. Really extensive menu, by a mile the best in the area! Since box burger in bray closed we haven’t had anywhere to go but the brass fox is our new regular! Keep up the good work
