So happy to finally get to try this food truck. They were at John Dam Plaza on a Wednesday afternoon for a special event.
Read moreThey have an expansive menu that is almost all vegan (totally vegan except for honey & bee pollen, but those can be left off or substituted with agave or maple syrup).
I had both the cheesecake bites and they were delicious! I also got the cacao planty milk and it was also delicious! I love that they use dates for the sweetener in many of their offerings. I didn’t realize they had a regular location on Wellsian Way Monday thru Friday. Happy to learn this so I can visit much more often!

Vegan Food Truck for Richland!! - Edit
My boyfriend and I were so excited to discover a local vegan food truck. The juice was delicious, not overly sweet like from a store. The plant milks have 3 options for milk. The toasts were fantastic and we will be back to try the others. Totally recommended this place. Just make sure and check where she will be. Facebook seems to be more updated for location than the website. We found her at John Dam Plaza during the Friday Farmer’s Market.
