So Chopped salad bistro. Lunch restaurant from 11-3pm Monday-Saturday. It's a fully customizable salad based restaurant with custom wraps. cross contamination is prevented as much as possible. Employees know what dressing and veganism means. If you inform the staff that you are vegan the policy is to work extra hard to garenttee there wasn't cross contamination.
