Serves meat, vegan options available. Cafe offering a separate vegan menu. Breakfast options range from avocado on English muffins, sausage, avocado, tomato and mushroom breakfast wrap or build your own vegan breakfast. For lunch choose from jacket potatoes with salad, houmous and Mediterranean vegetables or baked beans; sandwiches and wraps with salad or houmous and Mediterranean vegetables or smashed avocado, tomato, lettuce and red onion, falafel salads, and avegan Burger. Variety of alternative milks for drinks available as well as vegan spread, vegan dressing, dairy free bread and wraps. Has vegan cake options daily. Indoor and outdoor seating next to the beach. Note that chips are cooked in shared fryer. Open Mon-Sun 08:00-17:00.

Great spot with vegan menu - Edit
I was impressed when I asked about vegan options and the waiter brought out a special vegan menu. I chose vegan brunch which was tasty and filling, similar to the vegan breakfast but chips instead of toast.

Fresh, superb selection and quality food - Edit
Great venue on the beach in Ferring. Always a popular stop with walkers. Freshly made, delicious cakes and sandwiches. Tried a variety of cakes and all have been excellent. Had smashed avocado, lettuce, tomato and red onion on malt bread yesterday with salad dressing which was very tasty along with vegan hot chocolate and a chocolate brownie.

Easy food on the beach - Edit
I ordered the vegan brunch box a while back. It was nothing amazing, but pretty tasty and very convenient! You can’t expect much from an isolated cafe on the beach. They have quite a number of vegan choices considering, and at pretty good prices!
