High end gastro pub - Edit
Very popular pub in a little hamlet in the Peak District, good idea to book ahead. They are dog friendly and have some outdoor seating. Really well run with plenty of staff. There was only 1 vegan starter and 1 vegan main, BUT both were really delicious. We could hear the head chef in the open kitchen instructing his team that our meals were to be vegan, so no butter on the greens etc. Always good to know that our preference not to eat any animal products are being taken seriously. Will definitely be back.

Really tasty, quality food. Vegan options are mostly vegetable based, but beautifully done. At least one vegan option per course, including roast dinner on Sunday’s. Friendly staff and beautiful surroundings.

Lovely restaurant quality food - Edit
The food here is amazing and not your typical 'pub grub'. We went on a Monday when the whole menu is vegetarian! All of the food is made fresh in house - including the condiments, so the chef is able to make most of the vegetarian dishes vegan on request. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and the pub is in a beautiful location. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!
