Abysmal pasta dish

While it's heartening to see a veggie and vegan menu, the sloppy pasta dish I was served was a joke.
It wasn't described accurately enough on the menu, so I was surprised to be served a soupy sludge of orzo pasta drowning in an underseasoned sauce. Definitely concocted by someone that doesn't believe vegan food can be made well.
I had breakfast the next morning in the hotel's other restaurant, which was also a pretty sad attempt. It was missing two of the items listed on the menu, which I hadn't been told about when I ordered or received it. It was all very dry, but the beans probably would have helped that. They had little sachets of flora though, which was good!

Also worth mentioning that the "beyond the burger" on the menu is a mushroom patty, not a brand beyond burger.
