Brought out veggie version instead of vegan.

Staff at the bar was great. Dealt with our drinks correctly and read back order correctly but when food came they sent out a veggie breakfast with two eggs instead of the vegan breakfast we asked for. The server also didn't seem to understand the difference between veggie and vegan. I then tried to order the only vegan dessert option on the menu and they didn't have it.

Pros: Vegan options on menu

Cons: Didn't bring out correct meal, No vegan dessert (on menu but not available)

Last Minute Find

We arranged to meet friends in a near by garden centre cafe, where there was nothing to eat for vegans. So thanks to HC we left and drove here. Veggie and vegan menu and we stayed clear of the cauliflower. 3 of us had the Lentil and sweet potato pie (cottage), and we all enjoyed it. Would go there again if with omni friends. Pleasant pub with friendly staff.

Pros: Some vegan options , Pleasant surroundings , Good value

Cons: Only one vegan pudding , More veggie options than vegan

Don't get the cauliflower and sweet potato Katsu Curry

I was thrilled to see that they had a vegetarian and vegan menu and thank god they have options because I chose the wrong one. The cauliflower and sweet potato Katsu Curry was not good. There was no sweet potato, there was two bits of aubergine and the cauliflower was DISGUSTING. The menu said the veg was breaded and if it was they just used regular bread as it was soggy and gross. I've never experienced cauliflower of that consistency. I can't even describe it. So, yeah, don't get that.

Pros: Vegetarian and vegan menu with a few options

Cons: The meal I got was gross
