Tasty Breakfast

When I told our server I am dairy-free, she said they could make my potatoes without butter (the standard is a butter oil blend). While she claimed it would take a bit longer, the wait did not seem long and they were amazing. These are very thinly sliced potatoes, fried to crispy perfection. My whole wheat toast with raspberry jam was good and the fruit was fresh and varied. Great overall.
