Very friendly staff and decent burger - Edit
Nothing stated vegan on the menu however the friendly staff confirmed that the veggie burger can be made vegan, which seems to just be the same as the menu but without the coleslaw.

Great vegan options & service! - Edit
Wandering round Kirkcudbright looking for sfv eats (Mulberries is closed on Mondays), reading all the menus of the places we passed, & The Belfry looked most promising. It exceeded expectations! Really friendly service, despite it being v busy, & the owner knew exactly what we were looking for.

Coffee with oatmilk & green tea plus soya milk, & some of the best chips I've ever had!
Owner understood vegan & plantbased eating, food allergies, & also had many gluten free options available.
Pros: Great street corner location for world watching., Friendly & helpful., Amazing chips!
