Vegan Heaven, Healing Stay

The Bel Air Treehouse is a vegan heaven! A B&B located on a sloping hillside, surrounded by lush greenery with multicolored blooms. It’s in a convenient location north of UCLA.

All I was looking for was a non-toxic, fragrance free place to stay. I gave up on Google and found this on HappyCow. Wow, was I happy to land here! Far beyond my expectations. As soon as I walked in, I felt immersed by the beauty and calmed by the essential oils. The clear and uplifting energy was a big bonus.

And the food! Fresh, delicious, made to order breakfast/ brunch. All organic! You can choose from fruit (my choice) such as avocados, apples, bananas, blueberries. Also, pancakes, waffles, muffins or granola. Vegan yogurt and nut milks as well as fresh homemade nut milks.

As a bonus, they will prepare catered meals on request. My sister and cousin are omnivores. Yet they were blown away by the sumptuous vegan banquet we were served. My sister counted 23 vegetables and fruits in our meal. Not to be missed!

Amazing experience!

I stayed at the Treehouse for one night with my boyfriend and we can both highly recommend it! We had dinner and breakfast there, which both tasted absolutely delicious. For breakfast we got to choose between vegan waffles served with raw honey, vegan muffins or homemade granola. Served with a strawberry smoothie and green tea. The owners were both so lovely and very knowledgeable about food. Hedda (the owner) is very health conscious and will only serve you the best food. She had me try some amazing smoked cashew cheese and her homemade hazelnut milk, both fantastic!

The breakfast came free with our room rate. The dinner we had to book in advance since they will only cook fresh for you. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Pros: Delicious food!, Exceptional service!, Beautiful patio with plants and Buddha fountain.
