Junky but proper 7/10 - Edit
This is one of the few vegan places in incheon, it's difficult and out of the way to get to but thjs feels like one of those filthy junk burgers and I mean it tastes so cheesy and delicious with it not being the most skilled but very indulgent nether the less.

Try the chili eggplant! - Edit
A terrific find in Cheongra, just outside of Incheon.
Read moreThe vegan burger was absolutely terrific. In fact it was so good at lunch I decided I had to go back for dinner. I'm glad I did.
I went to the mushroom salad which was given a great kick by just the right amount of mustard greens to go with the sweet balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
But I also had to try the chili eggplant. I used to love chili shrimp and chicken back when I ate meat but no more. Now I know where to go to satisfy that craving. I wouldn't mind if they seasoned eggplant itself a little more, but the breading & the sauce really made it a delicious dish.
Convenient parking in the front. Parking lot across the street if it happens to be full.
Terrific friendly service from the staff and the owner was in the open kitchen cooking up a storm both times I visited.
Anyone who reads my reviews on knows I'm very picky about my music. They nailed it with Logan Erwin, Jax & Sody kinda tunes.
I'll be back. Not for a third meal today - there's just no room. But I'll be back soon cool
Pros: Spectacular vegan burger., Fun chili eggplant., Really friendly staff and great music
Cons: They're not next door to me.

New location is great with expanded menu - Edit
This is the place flying the vegan flag in Incheon, so support them. My lunch was very rich are very filling. Those pickled chillies and onions were essential to cut through the creaminess of the pasta. It was a good dish but put me to sleep for the afternoon meeting I had. Will come back whenever I am in area.
Read moreUpdate from new location: Their new place is great. Larger modern space and expanded menu. Pasta was perfect and fried eggplant crispy on outside but soft on inside without being too oily. Great meal. Staff also very nice. Portions are large.

Yum yum! - Edit
This was our third time here. We come here whenever we’re in Incheon and we’ve always ordered the same two dishes to share. We ordered the fried chili eggplant and the spicy penne pasta. When I first tried the pasta I was pleasantly surprised that it was so flavorful and had a lot of black pepper. I’m used to Korean food being bland so it was a nice surprise. The fried chili eggplant is sweet but good. Next time we’re definitely going to try some new dishes!

Amazing!! - Edit
Hit this spot up on the way to the airport. Great ambiance, kind staff, and amaaaaazzing food! Ordered spicy tomato pasta with sweet cream and cheesy pasta. Sizes are big and two people could easily split one pasta dish and a side and be full. Owner/cook speaks a bit of English, but having Google translate for the menu in Korean is super helpful!

My Happy Place - Edit
The Beginning single handedly saves Incheon as the only fully vegan restaurant in the city. I love coming here at least every other week, not only to support it but because the food is genuinly that phenomenal. The owner really is a skilled chef. The serving sizes are also quite big, you truly get your money's worth. The restaurant serves Italian Korea food, so a lot of the card is different pasta dishes, though there is still a lot of variety and other options.
Read moreOtherwise it has a very nice vibe, with relaxing music playing all day long and the pleasant interior aesthetic. It's a great place for all types of occasions, be it lunch or a chill evening with friends.
It should be noted that despite the listed opening times, the restaurant often closes early. I recommended coming between 5:30 and 7 pm to make sure you still get food. Similarly with the pre-break hours, I would recommend coming before 2pm.

It's the beginning for sure - Edit
I would regard this place as a creative Korean Italian fusion restaurant, emphasis on Korean part. As someone who is used to traditional Italian dishes, the overflowing sauce it's a big no-no for me. But, the chef did a good job with the flavor.

Quaint spot with good food! - Edit
The restaurant is about a ten minute walk from DongIncheon Station (동인천역) and is pretty easy to find. There’s a menu on a stand outside of the place, but for those who can’t read Korean, it may be difficult to understand since there is no English translations on it. The place itself is decorated with nice dark furniture, and flowers sitting on every table, it’s very comfortable. There’s also a little self service station where you can get water and side dishes. Before I get to the food, I just want to say that the chef was really impressive! It seems like he runs the place completely by himself, yet he doesn’t miss any detail from service to cooking (which he does in the open kitchen) to presentation, he’s a gem. Now the food! Since I was by myself I only had one plate which was the basil pesto pasta and it was absolutely delicious! The pesto he uses/makes is so good, I wanted to bottle it up and take some home so I can use it on my own pasta haha. While I love a well presented meal, I’m not usually a fan of all the extra things that get added to make the plate look pretty, but everything complimented the pesto pasta surprisingly well. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and the owner/chef was very nice so I definitely will visit again, even if it’s pretty far from where I live.

Sooo filling! - Edit
This casual vegan restaurant has some interesting dishes, mostly Italian-style pasta and risotto made with Korean ingredients.
Read morePortion size was quite big and food was very filling! We ordered three dishes for two people (one being merely a salad) but were unable to finish it because it was way too much!
The unconventional combination of sweet whipped cream and tomato sauce pasta was somewhat shocking for me personally, but the other dishes were well done. Food prepared generously with good ingredients. Curious to try some other dishes some time.
I was impressed seeing the chef cooking everything by himself inside the open kitchen.
Pros: Very big portions, Generous use of ingredients, Food tastes ok
