Best Vegan Mexican in Ulster - Edit
Cannot recommend this place enough. The vegan menu has lots to choose from. My personal favorite are the vegan enchiladas. The tofu burrito is also great. Very cute restaurant. Has windows next to a flowing creek and a room with a fire place. Can’t wait to go back!

they have a portion of the menu dedicated to fully vegan dishes! they even have vegan cheese and sour cream which I feel like most mexican places that offer vegan options are lacking. the food was delicious and we had excellent service. located in a cute area of woodstock

They have so many vegan options and everything was so flavorful. Warm chips and salsa, large portions, beautiful views, super friendly service.. definitely would go back if we're ever in the area again.

There’s a vegan section of the menu but they can also veganize a lot since they have vegan cheese, vegan crema, and a few vegan proteins. We asked for the nachos to be made vegan and they were great. Outdoor seating was beautiful.

I had the impossible tacos and they were delish!
Hubby had the enchiladas and was happy with them.

Warm chips and salsa are AMAZING, my partner and I had the Vegan Enchiladas and tacos and were just Jaw Dropping. Outstanding taste and the staff is very caring. A absolute must try!
