Breakfast Burrito! - Edit
I got the vegan breakfast burrito and to be honest, I was scared. It looked extremely green, and I'm not always a fan of vegan options that are "healthy" vs substitutes for their traditional counterparts... HOWEVER this was VERY good.
Read moreIt won't work in place of a traditional eggy, potato, meat breakfast burrito if that's what youre looking for. But I really enjoyed it. The flavor was awesome.

Do not recommend The Beacon Daily for vegan options. There are many better places in town that try harder to accommodate vegans.
