I remember coming here maybe 2 years ago and they had great vegan stuff like gado gado but soon after they changed the menu to what I think is boring and there’s nothing anyone wouldn’t be able to cook at home.
It would be a good place to go with your non vegan friends, the staff and the views are great, but I wouldn’t come here just for their food.

Pros: separate easy to use plant based page of the menu, quite a few clearly marked gluten free options
Cons: most vegan options have to be explicitly ordered, leather bound menus are offputting

Very tasty pizza with vegan cheese - Edit
The mushroom pizza can be made with vegan cheese. The caramelised onion was very tasty, it was the best pizza I’ve had in a while, I was quite positively surprised.
Read moreThe pizzas aren’t listed under their vegetarian/ vegan menu but it was no problem at all to make it with vegan cheese. There are other vegetarian pizzas on the menu too besides the mushroom one which could be made with vegan cheese if you ask.
The have a dedicated vegetarian/ vegan menu also. All vegetarian dishes can be made vegan.
The venue is right by the beach. It has a fireplace for winter and outdoor seating for summer.
We went there in the early afternoon when it wasn’t busy and didn’t have to wait long.
My non vegan husband was happy with his pizza too.

Worst food ever - Edit
Had high hopes as they have a designated “plant based” menu - actually vegetarian with some vegan options. Burger was warm and dripping in water. Chips were stone cold and soggy. Tofu salad was also very ordinary. Took 30 minutes to be served these inedible meals. Left them unfinished and won’t be returning. Such a shame. Quite a pretty spot on the beach.
