A lovely pub in the Norther Quarter.
Read moreWe had a Mushroom and Leek Pie with gravy, mash (or chips) and mushy peas it was DELICIUS.
Good prices too (you can add a pint to your pie just for 10 pounds)
The staff is nice and the vibe is very good.
You can have you meal inside or out.
Just 4 stars 'cause I'm not allowed to give 5 stars

This place was an absolute find! We went based on the one review that it already had. Lovely friendly welcome and the vegan fish and chips were delicious, as the previous reviewer said, not your usual frozen vegan food. Big portions and excellent value. And even the tartare sauce was vegan!

Great Sunday Roast - Edit
This pub is one of our locals and have now added vegan options to their menu. Tried their Sunday roast and ‘Chickn’ poppers starters. It’s great to see the chef has been inventive and not just frozen vegan food.
