Not much choice for vegans

Went for Sunday dinner as it said “vegan options, ask server” on menu. We phoned the day before to say there was 2 vegans and then asked again when we arrived, to be told they didn’t have anything for the Sunday roast. So all we could have was a raw pepper filled wrap and chips. Even the mushroom starter (that was labelled vegan) they didn’t have vegan mayo for.
