Great Coffee House With Vegan Options - Edit
I stopped at Bardo’s this morning for some vegan breakfast food and was not disappointed. The vegan breakfast burrito and the cakes were excellent. Would highly recommend.

Friendly, several options, open early - Edit
I was looking forward to a vegan breakfast in Denver, but nothing opens until 10 or 11! Luckily I found this sweet option on HappyCow, and it opened at 6:30. The breakfast burrito is scrumptious, with housemaid green chilies, scrambled tofu, and potatoes. Not much to look at but very tasty. I also got an apple cinnamon muffin to go, they had several other baked goods.
