Very impressive dessert - Edit
Their vegan ice cream sandwich is really good. It's expensive for sure, but if you can wrestle with that, it's worth it. It was some of the best vegan ice cream I've probably ever had, and the cookies are really good. The cookies are gluten free, I think, so they have a really particular texture, but they work with ice cream. Give it a shot. Good for them to have something that inviting for vegans/gf people.
