They currently have to vegan cookie options: fudgey brownie cookie or chocolate chip cookie - both gluten-free. A GF chocolate chip ice cream is the usual vegan ice cream option; it’s also gluten-free.

I got my cookies warmed up because I love soft, warm cookies. But it made my sandwich so hard that I couldn’t even bite into it. I don’t know if this was due to them warming it or if it’s because the cookies were old. The cookie had a good taste so I really don’t think it was stale though… just very hard. The ice cream was good too. If they can perfect the warming of the cookie while keeping it soft, it’d be a winner.
