Two vegan cookies - Edit
The Baked Bear sells vegan ice cream sandwiches. You could also buy the cookies individually. The brownie and chocolate chip cookies are the two vegan options and are about $3 each. They tasted fresh baked, slightly warm, and enjoyable on this chilly day. The chocolate chip cookie would be better with more chocolate chips.

Sorry, but if I am paying $11 for an ice cream sandwich, the cookies should not be stale. The vegan vanilla chocolate chip ice cream was good, but not worth that much money.

There were two vegan cookie options and both were gluten-free if I remember right. I love gluten, but the cookies were still good! I got a chocolate chip cookie and chocolate chip ice cream sandwich and it was legit! Would come back here over and over!

They were out of vegan cookies when I went😒But they did have vegan ice cream (oat-based vanilla choc chip). P.S. There is an Insomnia cookies across the street from this place that has quite a few vegan cookies. They taste fresh a warm there.

They only had 2 vegan cookies when we showed up. It's a good thing we only wanted one cookie sandwich. It sounds like this is a common issue as a friend of mine mentioned that they had only 2 cookies when he showed up on another day.

I got the double chocolate brownie cookies and some vegan chocolate chip ice cream. It was all so delicious. I think they use the Premade Loren’s Cookies that you can buy at Safeway, they taste exactly like them!!
