Vegan & GF Options - Edit
This place offers a huge variety of vegan options, especially along the coastline. It’s way more than we usually find at a single restaurant back home!

Meh - Edit
First night was ok. My wife had risotto that she asked to be made vegan, and had great flavor but was undercooked. Redmond burger was subpar mush. Second night, they were out of tofu and a lot of other vegan options. I had a really lame pizza - no cheez and undercooked. My wife had a rice bowl that was uninspired. Server was really helpful and apologetic. The restaurant feels like they’re paying lip service to veganism, and not actually providing solid options. Call ahead to check on options!

Standard fair - Edit
Was a bit underwhelmed with the ambience and food. Highlight was the Mediterranean salad (roasted chickpeas, dried apricots, sunflower seeds, pickled onions and olives) which was completely vegan without having to make any special requests. However had to literally chase down a server for the tahini dressing. Main course was Redmond burger (mushroom and oat) with sautéed peppers and onions. We asked for no cheese and are sure the bun was brioche ☹️ and just ate the burger. It was weirdly mushy and soft, almost undercooked. Other main course was the Buddha bowl. The fried

It was really bland and peanut sauce was only ok. Overall, disappointing and the lighting in the restaurant was overly bight and it’s more of a bar than a restaurant with huge TVs all over.
Pros: Mediterranean salad, Vegan options
Cons: Forgot dressing and sauces

Uninspired - Edit
We were staying at the Salishan lodge and decided to order room service from The Attic. Given previous reviews we were wary and each ordered the Redmond burger. The person on the phone knew the bun wasn’t vegan and made sure they had a bread option that would work. I so appreciate their knowledge and time in that department. The “burgers” came and were no more than some crumbly oats and mushrooms piled on a slice of white bread with red onions and arugula on top. The flavors were good but nothing to write home about. The fries were bomb I would absolutely order the fries again.

For a company that is proud of their sustainable aspects of their business, I would expect they put more effort into their vegan meals.
Pros: Fries, Very fast

Vegan options - Edit
They have a ton of vegan options marked on their menu, but it’s mostly just excluding animal based components vs substituting with plant based. I ordered the Mediterranean salad and for whatever reason they held off the chickpeas and many other vegan friendly items, leaving me a pile of lettuce, a slices cucumber and a couple diced dried apricots. Similarly my husband ordered the teriyaki bowl with tofu and it was served rice, veggies and sauce with no protein. If you need sustenance, this place works…but they fall short of a good vegan meal.

Great option in a resort near the beach - Edit
Cozy lounge restaurant with lots of vegan options, all clearly marked, plus plenty more vegetarian dishes that can be made vegan. I'd say around 40 percent of the menu was vegetarian. We had jackfruit tacos, which needed hot sauce, plus a French onion soup that was vegan because we had them hold the cheese. Both were filling
