Love it! - Edit
So the Angel is the sister pub to the Alley Café which is how I knew about it and ohhhhhhh my lord I wish I had found it sooner! It's a lovely place with good music, good pub food and a decent fishless finger sandwich!
Cons: little bit too loud (I'm a teenage grandpa tho

lovely food - Edit
Found this by accident as the Alley café closed early one night and directed us here. loads of veggie and vegan options in mains and desserts, not the quickest service so we didn't have chance to sample desserts as we had a show to get to.The only downside is the portion sizes were maybe a little on the small side.
Pros: lots of options
Cons: small portions

Everything available vegan! - Edit
Alt pub with everything on the menu available as 'herbivore' or 'carnivore' including vegan fish and chips, steak and chips, pie and chips, pasta with meatballs etc. They also do full vegan dessert options including cheesecake, tarte tatin and brownies served with vegan ice cream. They also serve soya lattes etc. Excellent food and atmosphere.
Pros: Vegan main meals, Vegan desserts, Soya lattes etc
