Good Penne all'arrabbiata

I inquired about vegan options, and the server provided a few suggestions. The penne (not the fresh version) was the only fully vegan pasta option, with a choice of sauces. She also mentioned that some pizzas could be made with vegan cheese. I opted for the Penne all'arrabbiata and added mushrooms and courgettes as suggested. The service was quick, and the dish tasted great. However, offering at least one vegan starter and dessert would make the experience even better.
