Amazing ♡ - Edit
This is my second time at this wonderful place and my sister and I got their pepper burger with seasoned fries and pickle spears and it was completely delicious. They're also nut-free other than coco"nuts” which is so nice as someone with a nut allergy. The most genuinely lovely owners and very yummy food!

Top notch vegan food truck. - Edit
I enjoyed every morsel of food I crammed in my mouth. I had the "stirring the pot" stew, the fries and nuggs, the tofurky sandwich and a cupcake. Straight up delicious and the people were excellent too. As a traveling railroad worker I hope my travels lead me back to Amarillo again for this place.

Real Deal Texan Vegan - Edit
As a born and bred Texan, I’ve dreamed of being able to eat a down home BBQ plate made only from plants AND THIS IS IT. I got the BBQ plate, featuring a delightful dill salad with Brussels sprouts and “thrilling bacon bits,” Texas toast, bbq soy curls, fries, pickles, onion, and cheesy grits and a glass of thyme mint tea. Absolutely superb! Every bit of it. I could feed this to my 90 year old die hard meat eating grandpa and he would’ve asked for seconds. All for $15! Probably could’ve shared if I wanted, but I did not wanna! Very sweet owners too. This is a real gem in Amarillo.

This is one of my favorite places in town! Their food is always amazing and they're so nice every time I stop by. I also love that I never have to worry about cross-contamination triggering my egg allergies since they're 100% vegan. If you want quality, delicious vegan food with great portion size, amazing service, and reasonable prices...this is your place!

More than just the very tasty food, That Weird Place offers a unique community experience in Amarillo. It's a who's-who of the vegan and vegan-friendly folks in the Panhandle. The owners are wonderful, kind, generous people who know their customers by name.

Unique Vegan Food Truck - Edit
Went here on the 4th of July, my friend and I both enjoyed a fantastic meal, including a vegan burger, pickle chips, and fries. The flavors were outstanding and the food was all reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!

Read moreGot the chili fries, brussel sprouts, and lavender lemonade. All were spectacular! The flavors in the chili fries were crafted perfectly. I never thought mustard would go with chili, but it fit so well! The brussel sprouts were fantastically tender and were lightly, but perfectly, sauced with a sweet chili sauce. This allowed the sauce to deliciously compliment the natural brussel sprout flavor. The lemonade was sweet, tart, and refreshing!
The staff was super accommodating and passionate. They know what they are doing when it comes to fusing flavors in their food. While waiting for the food they even topped up my lemonade!
