Still here in 2020 - Edit
Checked thia place out for lunch in September 2020. Good tasty food. No menu, no options. You sit down and they bring you a plate. Location is correct. Look for the signs on the corner that say "chay".

Good, cheap and simple food - Edit
This place is a typical Vietnamese com chay restaurant where there's no menu but you just get a plate with rice and vegetables and a little bowl of soup for 15000 dong. It's simple food, but well prepared and really good value for money!

Google is spot on now. I had a rice dish and it was so good, I had another. Served nice and hot. Restaurant is very clean and tidy and the owner obviously lives her work. No English though but Google translate did the job. I only paid 30000 VND for 2 rice dishes! Ridiculously cheap.

Tasty standard vegetarian rice dish - Edit
The map on happy cow and Google maps is wrong. It shows the correct road but is further east along it, over the cross road and just after where the road spilts and then turns to the right.

We payed 20k each for a plate of rice and various toppings (the noodles were really good) and a bowl of soup.
